For those of you that were only able to enjoy the aesthetic pleasure of the flyers we passed out, sliding rock was an awesome experiment in fun! The pictures speak for themselves, but I'm sure the thirty or so people that attended will not be forgetting their experience; especially since there is an official blog to remind them!
The hike to get to sliding rock was somewhat wearisome, but it was worth it once we got to the top. There were beverage refreshments as well as ice cream pleasures for everyone that went. The lonely mountain air was soon sliced in half by the gleeful shrieks of delight that were produced by sliding down a natural water slide into a pool of clean creek water. We're also pleased to report that only one person lost their swimsuit bottom in the excitement of the moment (sorry, all photos of that incident have been destroyed per request of the "victim").
